Outside the front door is a Veranda with a seating area comprising wooden
Veranda 4 seater table, and a 2 seat glass/metal drinks table.There is an outside light.
There is a car park area to the front of the bungalow, overlooking the lovely
Cornish countryside. There are two car park spaces allocated to the bungalow
though these are not marked out. There is plenty of parking space.
To the rear of the bungalows, there are lovely gardens and meadow areas extending to almost 3 acres with beautiful views of the surrounding country. These extend from views down to Looe and across Bodmin Moors. There is a barbeque area, and a secure play area for young children.
Elm bungalow is just 2 miles from both Looe and Polperro, and just over a mile from Talland Bay
